Ashwini Waska, after becoming too fat she decided to join a gym. There she has done all sort of exercises to become slim and fit. The gym coach Rajesh Angad noticed that she was able to do all the fitness activities those were done by male body builders to participate in the body building championship to be conducted in Pune. She replied that she has to take permission from her father, because she has to wear the dresses which prompts display of skin.
Ashwini said, “I said to my father regarding my desire to participate and he said that he would let me know next day. Then the next day he agreed and said that there is nothing wrong in showing body for a sport that demanded contestants to be similarly dressed as per the rules and regulations of the sport.”
Ashwini was 5th among the 7 contestants at the National level. Since she was not financially well off she had to sell her gold to meet her food and other expenses to participate in the event. In February 2014, she became popular and professional. Now that she has decided to further her career in body building.
