People- in general are very judgmental. They judge everyone based on their profession, the clothes they wear, the way they talk, their attitude, their decisions- everything! Being judgmental is one thing, that not only hampers the progress of others, but also spreads negativity- so try not to judge anyone- everyone has their dreams and plans- but the time may be against them. So be positive and spread happiness.
