Ever wondered whether an ice cream can be healthy, no fat, yet taste as delicious it ever does and be natural? Yes, and we are bringing you a recipe for healthy, diet Ice-cream that one can have anytime in the day, as it is made of plain fruits.
Ingredients:
Strawberry- 4 – thinly sliced
Mangoes- 1 – finely chopped
Kiwi – 2 – thinly sliced
Grapes and/ Blueberries – 10-12
Tender Coconut water- 500 ml
Coconut- finely cut.
Recipe:
1.Wash the fruits and finely cut them as required.
2.Now, drop in each slice of the fruit in each compartment of the popsicle mould .
3.Pour coconut water as required and top it off with coconut pieces.
4.Now, close the lid and pop in the popsicle sticks and freeze over-night.
5.Healthy, no-fat diet popsicles are ready.
