Sometimes, we are too lazy to cook ourselves a proper breakfast. So most of the times, we simply go ahead with cookies and milk/ coffee or juice or a toast. But, there are some recipes that will definitely make you feel full, and keep you active all day long- more over they are NOT time consuming and you can whip them up within minutes before going to bed in the night.

Recipe:
Oats-BreakfastTake a jar or container of your choice, fill it with 1/3 cup of oats and 1/3 cup of milk, top with berries and refrigerate over-night.

Tadaa. . .  All you need to do in the morning is add sweetener like honey or sugar  and mix with a spoon- your healthy breakfast is ready!

If you prefer a warm breakfast, then simply place the container in microwave and heat.

You can prefer bananas or apples, strawberries or other fruits of your choice and be sure to add some cinnamon on top.
