A quick, easy-peasy, light and delicious eggless sponge chocolate cake is an easy to make and definitely the most sinful dessert you should know to bake. Read on to know more about this recipe.
Recipe:
Dark chocolate 100 grams
Refined flour 1 1/3 cups
Butter cubed 200 grams
Baking powder 2 tsp.
Powdered sugar 1 cup + 2 tbsp.
Vanilla essence 1 tsp.
Milk ¾ cup
Walnut kernels chopped ½ cup
Recipe:
Grease a microwave dish, melt chocolate and butter in a microwave bowl for one minute on HIGH.
In another bowl sift flour and baking powder. Mix the melted chocolate and butter well. Add powdered sugar, vanilla essence and mix. Correct the consistency by adding milk. Add walnut kernels and mix gently.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared microwave dish. Cook for seven minutes on Microwave HIGH (100%) Allow standing time of five minutes.
Cool, and serve.
