A quick, mouth-watering meal with minimal fuss combining the wonderful flavours of parsley, oregano, chilli, garlic and basil makes for a hedonistic meal after a hectic day at work.

Ingredients:
•    400gspaghetti
•    3fresh red chillies- finely chopped
•    4 garlic cloves- finely chopped and crushed
•    5 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
•    1 tbsp.finely chopped parsley
•    ½ tbsp. oregano
•    1 tbsp. finely chopped basil
•    Salt

Recipe:
•    In a pot of water, add 2 tbsp. salt, bring to a boil and add the spaghetti and cook until the spaghetti is almost soft. Drain it and keep aside.
•    In a wok, heat olive oil sauté chopped garlic and chillies.
•    Add the drained spaghetti to the frying pan and mix well. Now, sprinkle cloves, basil, parsley and oregano and cook for about 2 minutes.
•    Serve hot!
