All the GoT lovers are eagerly waiting for the release of another season of Game of Thrones. A constant question buzzes in every mind which has seen all the episodes of all the 6 seasons of Game of Thrones. A question of “What happened next?” and “When will the Game of Thrones season 7 be on air?”. And this time, the fans are just desperate not because of its GoT but also because of the dramatic ending of the sixth season. The show took a few steps ahead from the novel that inspired this high-rated HBO show.
To intensify the patience of 1,70,000 GoT fans, the channel network came up with an idea of using Facebook Live to unveil the premier date of Game of Thrones season 7. The network pointed a camera on a huge ice block containing the release date of the next season. They have asked to comment with words like ‘FIRE’ and ‘DRACARYS’ if they want the ice to get melt away.
The video ends abruptly after 10 minutes without any sign of the release date. But, the official twitter handle of Game of Thrones made it clear that the Facebook Live Feed will be back with ‘more fire soon’. And, as promised, the Facebook Live Feed of the Game of Thrones returned with the cast but not with the release date. Lena Headey and Gwendoline Christie was seen on another sequence of the video.
Well, after all this, we finally know what is the real date when this high-rated HBO show will be premiering. The Game of Thrones season 7 will be releasing on July 16, 2017.
