Kulfi is the most delicious Indian chill dessert recipe one can think of. Try this Mango Kulfi made with mango pulp, milk, saffron, and cream. Try this creamy kulfi recipe to make your sunny day a delightful one.

Ingredients
Milk – 2 and 1/2 cups
Sugar – 1/4 cup heaped
Cornflour – 1/2 tsp(optional)
Mango Pulp – 1 cup
Badam – 25
Pista – 10
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Saffron – 3 strands
Pista(crushed coarsely) –5-6 for garnish
Condensed Milk – 1/3 cup
If you are adding cornflour then mix it with milk to a form a paste then add it.
See that the mango you choose is ripe, less fiber mango
Direction
1.Soak the nuts for an hour and then blend it along with a tsp of milk to a fine /coarse paste.
2.Add milk and sugar in a thick bottomed pan and let it simmer for 10 min and cook until it is reduced.
3.Then add condensed milk, saffron milk(add saffron to a tsp of warm milk and set it aside).
4.Add nuts paste, cardamom powder to the milk mixture and cook on a low flame until it becomes creamy.
5.Switch off the flame and let it cool completely.Once cooled completely, add mango pulp and whisk it well so that there are no lumps.
6.Pour it into kulfi molds / Popsicle molds.
7. Cover it with silver foil then insert ice cream sticks and freeze it for at least 6 hrs and wash the mold in running tap water then gently pull the sticks to remove the Kulfi.
8.Garnish with pistachios and serve this chill.
