We all know that Tom Cruise is known for his charms and his action in the Hollywood industry, with his popular action movie Mission Impossible series, there is another part adding to this series MI6!

While shooting for his latest movie, Tom Cruise was injured with an Ankle injury that led to the halt of the shooting of the film.

Cruise was seen performing a stunt for his latest scene in London, where he was jumping from one building to one building to another with the help of a safety harness. While jumping, it seems he  lost his balance and hits himself on the wall of the second building. He managed to pull himself on top of the roof of the second building, but, was limping while he walked. Though he managed to take some help from his crew members, he injured his ankle!

During production on the latest Mission Impossible film, Tom Cruise broke his ankle while performing a stunt. Production will go on hiatus while Tom makes a full recovery, and the film remains on schedule to open 27 July 2018,”was the statement given by the Paramount production house.

The statement continued, “Tom wants to thank you all for your concern and support and can’t wait to share the film with everyone next summer”.

The 55-year old actor has also performed some of the amazing stunts in his previous movies as well including the scene from 2011 MI: Ghost Protocol where he performs the stunt of scaling outside Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, and also in his 2015’s MI: Rogue Nation, where he was seen attached to the Airbus 400 while it took off! These are some of the marvelous stunts performed by Cruise.

While Mission Impossible: 6 is set to hit the theaters in July 2018, we pray Tom recovers fast and continues to enthrall us with his stunts!
