Mumbai, the monetary capital of India, is gazing even from a pessimistic standpoint downpour, the one that hit it in 2005, with overwhelming downpours leaving many parts of the city inundated. The deluge has hit flight calendars to and from Mumbai, leaving many stranded.
The Met Department has warned people of the overwhelming showers can be expected in the following 48 hours. All the traffic is jammed and also, flights and trains are getting delayed and are expected to be canceled due to heavy rains. According to the weather reports, Mumbai has not seen this type of heavy rain since 2005, that is causing into a flood-like situation. People are requested to stay indoors until next updates.
