India’s P.V. Sindhu on Sunday lost to Japan’s Nozomi Okuhara in the last match of the World Badminton Championships in Glasgow, in what was the longest summit conflict ever. She lost by the score set of 19-21, 22-20, 20-22 to Okuhara in the wake of doing combating hard for one hour and 49 minutes.
In the wake of shutting the second diversion by winning a fantastic 73-shot rally, Sindhu spared one title point in the decider yet it was the Japanese who triumphed toward the end.
This Young Lady brings home (India) a silver, an individual best after she secured two bronzes from past releases. For India, despite everything it was a notable release since interestingly the nation’s shuttlers are coming back with two awards.
Some of the celebrities including our Prime Minister, take this opportunity to congratulate Sindhu! Congratulations girl, way to go!!
