A disturbing incident took place earlier on Wednesday, where a video went viral over social media about two doctors fighting in an operation theater while operating a caesarean section.
This incident took place in Umaid hospital in Jodhpur, where the doctors lost control and used filthy language while fighting leading to the miserable death of a new born child. Anita, the pregnant lady was lying unconscious, where the emergency surgery was taking place. Even during that tension period, the doctors were yelling and fighting and one of the staff members recorded the footage and posted the video on the Internet.
It all started with a small argument between Ashok Nainwal and ML Tak, was because of the heartbeat of the foetus was weak and then DR. Ashok asked whether the patient had eaten food before getting operated and he was also not very happy with the initial tests done by a junior doctor on the directions of DR. Tak.
The result of the fight led to the death of the baby after it was delivered by one of the obstetrician. “Both doctors have been removed immediately and disciplinary action will be taken against them.” The family of the patient who have to bear the loss are protesting against the doctors’ unprofessional behaviour. In the video, you can see the nurses calming the doctors down, but they don’t seem to understand that and they continue using foul language! The worst part is the footage that has been recorded on the phone. During any operation, any electronic device is not allowed inside the OT due to their harmful radiation.
