A couple of days after the video clip from the show became a web sensation, Mallika Dua, tweeted her announcement in which she said this isn’t in regards to Akshay Kumar and his remark, rather it is about “every big Bollywood star and every other big shot, who cannot tell the difference between charm and harm. This is about every big celebrity who thinks his colleague enjoys being grabbed by the waist and twirled without her consent. This is about workplace etiquette for everybody, men and women included, and about understanding the idea of professional communication so we don’t make someone uncomfortable in their place of work, unintentionally or otherwise”, stated by her.

Mallika Dua alongside Zakir Khan and Hussain Dalal were mentors on The Great Indian Laughter Challenge with Akshay Kumar as super judge. Because of the low TRPs the coach trio has been replaced by two more judges Shreyas Talpade and Sajid Khan.
