Since the news of Virat and Anushka’s marriage photos are doing the rounds and are catching the attention of the people, we know that they had big time fun and the photos are giving us love and relationship goals! Just few days back, the newlyweds had their second royal reception party in Mumbai where all celebrities and cricketers along with some famous personalities were seen and it was a night to remember!
We all know that Virat Kohli is a wonderful human being, but did you know that he also has a heart of gold?! He did something really special that is making the fans hearts melt!
Apparently, among the celebrities there was one fan who was invited personally by Virat for his reception party in Mumbai. Well, he is none other than Gayan Senanayake a differently-abled Sri Lankan fan whose presence made the night even more memorable and earned Virat huge amount of respect.

For those who don’t know, Gayan Senanayake’s association and fandom with Virat goes a long way. He had met Kohli back in 2009 in Malaysia and every time the cricketer was in his country, Gayan tried to stay in touch with him. You might think that Kohli extended his warmth to his fan and recognised him everywhere, like most celebs would.
In an interview with Indiatoday, he stated saying,”Happy to be here, he is my good friend and invited me to his wedding reception.” He also revealed when and where he first met Kohli. “I met him at the 2007 Under-19 World Cup in Malaysia before he even came to Sri Lanka. And everytime he came we stayed in touch. “Virat is a good captain, good cricketer and has a good average. I like cricket and the players,” he added.
