Many ardent fans actually even celebrate this day (I remember I used to celebrate- Cakes, Chocolates, Chinese, Soft-drinks- used to go over-board this day). Even now, many people do celebrate and yes- there is NO age-limit to celebrate this day. It is after all, July 31 is the B’Day of all our favourite author- JK Rowling; and co-incidentally *winks* even Harry Potter shares his B’Day with his creator.
