Prohibition in India is never to work. Alcohol is going to be banned in Bihar from April 2016, and there are calls for prohibition in few other states in India; but prohibition would only lead to people involving in illegal alcohols. But there are few examples where after the operations of wine breweries shut down, people got addicted to playing chess to combat their addiction to alcohol.
