We, Indians love “taste”. We try experimenting many different cuisines to Indianize them. Chinese is no different. This Chinese Bhel takes the chinese cuisine to a different level. A must try for a lazy afternoon snack or a lazy dinner.
Ingredients:
Fried noodles 1 cup
Hot garlic sauce + for drizzling 6 teaspoons
Carrot grated ½ cup
Cabbage strips ½ cup
Onion strips ½ cup
Capsicum strips ½ cup
Spring onion chopped ½ cup
Tomato ½ cup
Fresh coriander leaves 2-3
Recipe
1.Mix carrot, cabbage, onion, capsicum, spring onion, tomato, garlic sauce and fried noodles in a bowl gently.4
2.Transfer in serving bowl & garnish with fried onions, chopped spring onion greens and coriander leaves. Drizzle little garlic sauce on top and serve immediately.
