This Pancake recipe is prepared with 100% oats flour and vegetable. These Vegetable Oats Pancakes makes a wonderful breakfast and snack for kids. They are very delicious, healthy and fluffy. Let’s follow this recipe.
Ingredients
1 cup oats flour
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped spinach (palak)
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tsp finely chopped green chilies
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp fruit salt
1 1/2 tsp oil for greasing and cooking

Directions
1. In a bowl, add oats flour, grated carrot, chopped spinach, chopped coriander, chopped green chilies and salt and mix well to form a batter of dropping consistency.
2. Just before making the pancakes, sprinkle the fruit salt and 2 tsp of water over the batter and when the bubbles form, mix it gently.
3. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it by using ¼ tsp oil.
4. Pour a spoonful of the batter on it and spread in a circular motion to make 100 mm. (4”) thick round.
5. Cook and use ¼ tsp of oil or cook till it turns light brown in color from both the sides.
6. Serve it hot with any chutney of your choice.
