One more incident of online shopping blunders where customer has been running from pillar to post past 10 days to get back either the product or cash!
Earlier, the e-commerce site Snapdeal was under fire for its bad delivery, now Flipkart has joined the list by doing the same.
Chiluveri Srucharan, a resident of Jagtial Mandal in Telangana had placed an order of mobile phone on Flipkart by paying Rs.8, 099. Srucharan was surprised when he received a courier with mangoes inside, instead of mobile phone he had ordered.
Now he is waiting for either of one thing to happen: to get back the debited amount or the mobile phone.
The negligent Flipkart first mentioned that the amount will be refunded within 24 hours. Next time they tell him that the phone would be shipped within 24 hours. The third time Srucharan gets a message saying that his replacement has been cancelled.
Irritated Srucharan finally took to Facebook to post the matter along with images and has given Flipkart a deadline of June 14, after which he plans to go to the consumer forum.
