James Williams, 26, was trying to cut little Mason Lewis’s hair – but the autistic boy found the situation distressing.
By getting Mason to lie on the floor and play on a phone, he distracted him and the little boy was comfortable letting the hairdresser chop his mane
When James asked the little customer for a high-five when it was done, he instead got a hug. Speaking to Buzzfeed News, the hairdresser said: “A lot of families have these problems – it’s good to raise awareness.”
