These simple tips will ensure pain free feet.
1. Wash your feet
Not washing feet before going to bed will irritate and infect your feet.
2. Remove hard skin
Use a pumice stone or foot file to gently remove the hard skin.
3. Use moisturizer
Moisturizes tough skin of your heel
4. Cut toenails
Always trim your toenails straight across.
5. Wear covered shoes
Public places tend to be breeding place for fungi that can lead to infections.
6. Change often your socks
