Who doesn’t love some free time? Especially when the free time comes because of cooking! Here is a simple healthy one pot meal idea of Chicken Taco Soup, a hearty combination of black beans, bell peppers, chicken, corn, and taco spices in less than 30 min. How cool is that?

Ingredients:
1 onion,
Black beans
Chicken or Vegetable Broth
Chili beans
Diced tomatoes
Green chilies,
Kernel corn
Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Taco seasoning
Recipe:
Cook the chicken until its quite mushy.
Now add ground onion and garlic and cook for about 10 minutes, by adding little amounts of broth.
Now, add tomatoes, beans, corn, bell pepper and spices. You can also add coriander sprigs on top.
Simmer for 20 min.
