“We’re having a temporary playback issue. We’re working on it and will be back very soon!”
Or
“Something unexpected has occurred. We’re working on it.”
According to the reportsm the glitch was not faced by everyone and few lucky ones got to watch the premier successfully.
It was said that the servers of Hotstar could not adapt with the heavy demands and therefore got crashed severely. The people had to went back to the torrent sites to watch the first episode of Game of Thrones, which is one of the most pirated TV show in the history.
However, this does not stopped the people from reacting on Twitter about the problems they had to face. Large number of people complained the issue on the microblogging site showed their anger against Hotstar.

However, the company was engaged with the users on Twitter and was providing some resolutions.
This is not fair at all. Hotstar should have made appropriate arrangement and eliminated the technical glitches earlier considering the show’s popularity. Not at all acceptable.
