Lucknow to Ferozpur, Lahore to Amritsar, and Islamabad to Delhi the thing that connects both the countries is Food. Food is so versatile that it not only makes bonds of friendship but it also preserves memories. Memories and influences of places and people that were one , once upon a time. Although we have the same land, share terrains, same climate we share languages the only thing that divides us is the country’s boundary.
India and Pakistan was a single country till August 14, 1947 and we still see the influences of foods in the cuisines.
