Hyderabad becoming a best region for IT investment. By looking out the massive growth of this sector, state government of Telegana and central government of India have started rolling in their investments in the IT developments.
The Union government has given in-principle approval on Sept 8th, 2012 for the Information Technology Investment Region (ITIR) for development of self-contained integrated knowledge clusters for growth of IT and electronic hardware manufacturing in 50,000 acres in and around Hyderabad. The project which is modeled along the lines of Shenzhen SEZ in China, is aimed at attracting an investment of Rs 2.19 trillion ($44 billion) in the IT, ITES and electronics sectors and providing direct employment to 1.5 million people.

The best part of this is, that the definition of IT is changing. Earlier, only engineers worked for technical field. But in recent times, the scope of IT has expanded and is now a multi-disciplinary field, due to which it is open for the general graduates as well. For processing, voice process, graphic and security as well, there are numerous job openings everyday. Flexible criteria of employee schemes have made things a lot easier for the people of Hyderabad.
Government are a huge helping hand for these IT companies, where a person with nominal graduate degree can be able to get into a MNC and work at a dignified post with responsibility.
Least competent people also feel secure after getting a good job here. By waiving a large amount of tax for the start-up companies, by giving a free space to establish their hub and other important services like security, transportation are just few of the many things that we owe the government.
Companies like Amazon, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, ADP etc having a bulk opening for graduates and undergraduates which help tremendously in reducing this unemployment.
Hoping that the upcoming generation would not face any problem to secure a job here , we wish they wouldn’t have the need to fight hard to get a job here .
