The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kozhikode, Kerala has made a remarkable achievement with largest number of women graduates from any top business school in India. It has set an impressive record over the weekend with more than 50% of the batch being girls which includes the best all-round performer, the second and third rank holder.
The Kerala IIM’s history making achievement assumes greater significance as more companies are looking to hire women across management levels.
“Today when there are only few women in top positions, we believe tomorrow we all will rise to be the CEOs of various companies.” said Ankita Pai, a graduating student.
