Indian Fashion was known to follow stereotypes and exclusive fashion standards when it came to models and beauty. A country, still struggling with accepting dark and dusky skin tones, especially when it comes to beauty, has started taking ‘baby steps’ – Although the baby steps are taken by only handful of labels and designers, they are proving a point- Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder and there are varied ideas of beauty that exists and those that should be embraced.
