Hyderabad is known for its famous Biryani followed by an excellent cup of “chai”. The Irani tea is known for its excellent flavor and brain-filling aroma.
How is it made? Recipe!!!
The tea powder is made similar to a coffee decoction and left to boil without letting the steam escape. On a separate stove, milk is mixed with some condensed milk or khoya and boiled separately. The two shouldn’t be mixed together until it is served to the customer. Presented with some nice Osmania biscuits or even sweet cream, this amazing combo is priced between Rs.10-25.
When you’re in Hyderabad, Irani chai is a must to try!!
