We all know that Katrina Kaif is one of the fittest celebrities in the Bollywood industry. Whether shooting for a movie or not, Katrina makes sure to hit the gym and sweat it all out! In her latest Instagram post Katrina shares a video where she is seen performing workout exercises with her personal trainer Yasmin Karachiwala, and is working out a new exercise taught by the famous Ann Toran!

This new workout is called the Pilates workout that is simply inspired, by yoga and ballet dance, and is truly useful in expanding adaptability, and enhancing muscle tone-ups, particularly in the abdomen area, lower back, hips and buttocks.
In this video, Kaif is working out on a Pilates reformer, which makes an interesting situation for doing fluctuated practices in a little space. She begins off with basic force ups for her abdomen, arms and back muscles, proceeding onward to arm activities and after that a mix move for the abdominal area once more. In the video Toran is seen focusing on breath control.
These Pilate moves require strict attention and finesse along with the trainer’s guidance, as seen in the video- Ann Toran has mastered in the Pilate workout!

Along with her daily fitness regimes, Katrina is currently shooting for her next movie with Salman Khan – Tiger Zinda Hai and has also signed up for other movies starring Amitabh Bachan and Amir Khan in Thugs of Hindostan and also with Sharukh Khan for which the film title is yet to be named.
