Over the years, there have been iconic Indian women, and women from around the world that have featured on the cover of Vogue India. 1.Vogue India January 2020 edition – Katy Perry
The January edition of Vogue India featured Katy Perry, a popular American pop singer. She was photographed by Greg Swales for the cover. Her feature story focused on how fashion should depend on trends set in the future, her pregnancy, her music and upcoming collaborations, and her relationship with Hollywood actor Orlando Bloom.
2.Vogue India February 2020 edition- Saina Nehwal
The February Edition of Vogue India featured India’s professional badminton player Saina Nehwal. She is also the worlds number one badminton player. She has won over 24 international titles. She is also the recipient of multiple prestigious awards in India including the Padma Shri and the Padma Bhushan. She is seen in the cover wearing Christian Dior and was photographed by Francesco Scotti.
3.Vogue India March 2020 edition- Winnie Harlow
Winnie Harlow is a Canadian fashion model and a public spokesperson of her own skin condition, vitiligo. She became popular after performing extraordinarily in the 2014 America’s Next Top Model competition, hosted by Supermodel Tyra Banks. In her feature article, she spoke about how the modelling industry is changing and it is not about skinny or well fit models anymore. She stated that anyone can model if they have the confidence and class, despite gender, looks or weight. She was photographed for the cover of Vogue India by Billy Kidd.
4.Vogue India April 2020 edition – Kareena Kapoor Khan
One of Bollywood’s most iconic actresses’ Kareena Kapoor Khan, was on the April cover of Vogue India 2020. In her feature article, she spoke about her marriage to fellow Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, her personal life, her fitness regime and routine, her pregnancy, family well being and support and her upcoming Bollywood projects. She was photographed for the cover of this edition by Tarun Vishwa. This is also her 10th feature on the cover of Indian Vogue.
