Depression and Anxiety are two most common mental disorders that most of us suffer with. Either consciously or subconsciously, we are all depressed or Anxious. Most of us suffer so commonly that we hardly realize and when we do, we try to avoid or ignore the symptoms, rather than embrace them and fight them. We tend to get so lonely that we hardly let anyone enter our “space” and then getting all the more depressed by feeling “unwanted”.

The disorders
There is no escaping them
You become the magnetic force for them
When your mom points out the differences
When it is 2 against 1
They make you feel lonely, paranoid and useless
You are left with no energy and motivation
When they go away for some time
You get back your “stolen” energy and motivation
But, you never know, when they will be back-
But, always be ready for the battle when they are back- you need lots of determination to fight them and not let these disorders spoil your mood
