Alex, a pizza delivery guy handed over his resignation and a 2-week notice to his employers at a pizza store and it is nothing short of artistic brilliance.
He handed in a “Sorry-for-your-loss” card which read “Even though you knew this time would come, there’s no way to prepare your heard for such a loss. I’m so sorry.”
He revealed that his managers were “salty” about the card, but he doesn’t care because he’s got a new job at a brewery, adding “I taped blue paper over the front part and addressed the management. It seemed appropriate, since the card was in the ‘death after long illness’ section.”
Now, wouldn’t that be the most brilliant and a tongue-in-cheek way of quitting a job?
