Seasonal-Fevers-their-cure

According to Ayurveda, fever is an imbalance of the pitta (fire), vata (air) and  kapha (phlegm) energies. Stress, lifestyle disorders or improper food intake cause the imbalance, leading to a dysfunctional system of digestion, which causes the microbes in the small and large intestine putrefy and spread to the entire body, thereby causing the imbalance.
