Yoga is a science that has been practiced for thousands of years. Yoga aims at uniting the body, mind and spirit. It has lot of benefits which includes psychological as well as biochemical.
It’s a fantastic and easy tool to trim your excess fats. According to a US research done on 15000 people who practiced yoga in the age group between 53 and 57 were found to be healthier.
This few sequence of postures, if practiced on daily basis will surely give you a fab look
1) Mountain Pose (Tadasana)
Stand straight, close eyes and concentrate. Join palms together in a prayer position, inhale, slowly raise both the hands and exhale.
2) Inhale
Breathe in and out with arms raised behind the head.
3) Swan Dive (Uttanasana)
Stand upright with feet touching each other, bend downward and exhale, be sure the knees are not bent
4) Plank Pose yoga (Chaturanga Dandasana)
Inhale and draw the torso forward with arms perpendicular and torso parallel to the floor. Place the bases of index finger on the floor and lift the chin and bend the head back towards the neck.
5) Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)
Lie down straight. Inhale laying comfortably, the elbows must be bend, with palms on the floor. Exhale as you move the head upwards.
6) Bridge Pose (Setu bandhasana)
Lie down and bend your knees, such that the feet touch the floor. The distance between feet and buttock should be same as your hands.
7) Frog Pose (Mandukasana)
Fold both legs at the knees and take them backwards, so that the toes of both legs touch each other. Place both arm on the floor and look straight.
8) Grinding Pose (Chakki Chalan)
Sit in comfortable position with legs straight, join both the hands and move in a circular motion.
9) Boat Pose (Nauka Chalan)
Spread legs in front of you while sitting straight. Move the hands backward and forward. Make sure your body and hand moves in same direction.
10) Vakrasana
Sit comfortably in cross-legged position. Place the left hand on the floor, move the body in the same direction, inhaling simultaneously If you want to lose weight, always remember the 3 D’s, D: Dedication, Determination, Discipline and yes yoga of course!
