Do you have the habit of facing towards the wall and sleeping? Or do you like to cuddle up against your partner? And still thinking how to satisfy him/her on bed!
A research showed that the position in which we sleep is related to love relationship.
It was found that partners who maintained a distance of an inch or less apart while sleeping are likely to be happier than those who did not.
The happiest couples were one those who slept face to face while touching each other.
Those who sleep with their knees drawn up are conciliatory and are unlikely to take extreme stances.
While those who lie curled up in ‘full foetal position’ are likely to be indecisive, anxious and sensitive to criticism.
The study showed that around 42% of couples sleep back to back while just 4% slept facing each other.
