After the recent incident where a woman was helped by the Railway staff after the help tweet; Pankaj Jain on being said by a friend, requested a wheel chair assistance and the train to be delayed for 10 minutes at Merta road station instead of 3 minutes as his father is elderly and paralyzed.

When he reached the station the next day, he saw that station master and railway staff were standing with a wheel chair and cooperated with him providing assistance.

Now this is the change we all wanted to see; A truly great initiative by the Indian Railways and you all deserve a bow for making the journey wonderful, comfortable, safer and kudos for bringing smiles and hope for everyone who travel by trains.
