Thai Recipe | Prawn Soup with Chilli Ginger

Ingredients:
Prawns shelled and deveined 20-24
Chillies chopped            : 2
Ginger finely chopped   : 1 inch Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns
Oil                               : 1 tablespoon
Garlic cloves chopped  : 3-4
Shallots chopped         : 4
Lemon grass stalk       : 2
Vegetable stock          : 1 cup Fresh coriander leaves

Recipe:
1.Put prawns in a bowl.Add salt,lemon juice and crushed peppercorns,mix well and set aside for ten to fifteen minutes.
2.In a non-stick pan, heat oil then add garlic, ginger and shallots, sauté for a minute.
3.Then add Chillies and lemongrass and sauté for 2 minutes and add the stock,bring to a boil.
4.Then add the prawns and boil again.
5.Add coriander leaves and mix.
6.Serve piping hot.
