A Mum in Scotland ordered a cake for her daughter’ 21stB’Day and was completely confused because the cake had a figurine of a blind girl with a white cane on the top. Marie Seggie had clearly asked her baker-friend to make the figure blonde on the cake. BUT the auto-correct feature on her phone changed ‘blonde’ to “blind” and hence this hilarious goof-up. She still presented birthday girl Laura with the creation. She was really happy and her 17-year old sister, Emily tweeted the image of the cake with a caption, “My mum ordered a cake for my sistersbd n asked for a blond girl on top but it autocorrected to blind n we got this”
“My mum’s friend baked the cake and at the last minute she texted her to ask for a blonde girl on top,” Emily told Metro.
“The text must have autocorrected to ‘blind girl’ and when my mum went to collect it she was wondered why it wasn’t blonde,” she added.
