You’re lying down on your bed. You’re in a comfortable position. You’re on your phone scrolling through social media, catching up on your gaming life and finally, going through the 600 selfies you’ve took of yourself today finding the perfect one to edit and post on your social media page.

The fan is on, the weather outside is brilliant. Moderately sunny but windy too so you can feel the cold breeze hit your face which feels fantastic and at the same time you’re also warm because you’re under the blanket.

Amidst this nirvana, you realize, you have homework to do, or deadlines a to submit either school or work assignments and you’ve procrastinated till the very last hour. As if you can’t finish that assignment in an hour all you need is google so you postpone it for the next day and continue your selfie expedition. You still haven’t found the perfect picture to post but you remember that you had to pick up some groceries for your mother on the way of doing something. Leave the groceries you couldn’t remember the first task your mother had asked you to do. Thinking you could order the groceries online and forgetting that you had a job to do but you have forgot about it completely but that’s completely normal so you go back to the rather-more-important-selfie business.

You’ve finally found the perfect selfie when you notice a pimple on your right cheek in the picture and it looks disgusting. You open the editing app to remove that ghastly pimple when you remember that you had to pick up your sister up from school at 5’o clock and that’s the errand you forgot to do But it was already quarter to five and it takes you a good half an hour to reach her school. Of course you’re a fast driver you could start at five and reach there in no time. Your sister could wait. She troubles you a lot anyways making her wait is just teaching her a moral in life. You’re doing good to the household by making her wait. Teaching her moral values. But this pimple cannot wait. You remove the pimple off your face and proceed to add a filter to this “flawless” picture of yours. You open the next app when you remember you were supposed to send notes to your friend from today’s class because she was absent.

Again, you’re not the only individual in the class with those notes and is it your loss because your friend didn’t come to college? Of course not there is not trouble you must go through. The world is a cruel place and you must help your friend realize that.
