Bizarre things happen everyday and the Internet is filled up with so many weird stories everyday. Adding to the insane list of events, is an event that is going viral over the Internet about a Japanese man who is banned from twitter for posting a picture of a dead mosquito!
Yes, you heard it right, it seems that since this guy has posted a photo of the dead mosquito, he is sending ‘death threats’ over social media websites according to sources. This is really crazy!
It so happened that the man was staring at the TV and the mosquito had been bugging him for long. He killed it and posted the pic on Twitter with the inscription, ” “Where do you get off biting me all over while I’m just trying to relax and watch TV? Die! (Actually you’re already dead).”
Minutes after he posted this tweet, he received a message from twitter saying that his account has been frozen and it cannot be reactivated. The tweet quotes, “ “Your account has been frozen because it was used to send messages containing threats. The notification read Tweets containing threats are not allowed under our terms of service. This account cannot be reactivated.”
Amused by this, the guy opened a new account on twitter and tweeted, “My previous account was permanently frozen after I said I killed a mosquito. Is this a violation?”
Soon, this post went viral and twitterati’s commented to this bizarre action taken by twitter. The second account created was also suspended.
This is really a crazy world! Anything can happen.
So you ban for someone threatening to kill a mosquito but someone calling another user a Nazi isn't on the list? @TwitterSupport @Twitter
