The new villain in X-Men Apocalypse has taken inspiration from Hindu God, Lord Krishna. The new villain Apocalypse, seems to be inspired by the character of Krishna from Hindu mythology. In the starting the character says, “I’ve been called many things in many lifetimes- Ra, Krishna, Yahweh.” So, the makers have drawn direct inspiration from Hindu blue god ‘Krishna’, making him the one who changed the human genetics.
Lord Krishna, a warrior in the true sense, this is the first time a major franchise has decided to use various grey shades of Lord Krishna and paint them in a villainous figure.
